12-23 units sold in last 12 months	80/20 with no monthly fee - or - 90/10 plus $400 monthly
Over 23 units sold in last 12 months	85/15 with no monthly fee - or - 90/10 plus $300 monthly
* Immediately preceding twelve (12) months ** All broker fees capped at $15,000 for twelve months All leads from office/broker will be subject to 20% referral fee + applicable broker fees
